Returns need to be accompanied by a receipt of payment, undamaged and in perfect condition.
Once return items have been received and inspected we will confirm via email.
Refunds are issued within 7 working days to the payment method used for the purchase. Payments may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

Exchange items will be shipped within 8 to 10 weeks.

All products are handmade to order from sustainable sources within the Republic of South Africa.

Products are handcrafted from natural materials and actual weights and look may vary from those displayed on our website.
We have carefully selected our product and suppliers with quality as a very important consideration.
Our materials way have cracks, marks, colour variations, scratches, etchings  and dents due to the natural formation and use and these do not constitute defects or signs of damage.

 

We accept credit card payments for online orders with the exception of American Express
Online orders will be paid in full on order.

Special or Custom orders will be quoted according to available materials and finishes as per client request.

Special or Custom orders should be paid in full to secure the order by bank transfer to the account stipulated on the invoice.
Orders will be produced following receipt of proof of payment.

All our products are customisable in terms of wood type, colour, cord colour and style, weave type and style, fabric and leather upholstery options, cork and concrete colours.
